And the integration into the Audi Bank / Mercedes Bank for leasing pricing.

Perhaps a simple browser plugin for the dealership – browse to car and press “Add to Rental System”. The backend would occasionally ping the db of URLs to see if they were still active, and after N retries of not getting a page, after some period of time the car would get unlisted.
Just my first shot at a design :-)

The stuff you learn from spending time in a thriving startup environment where you get inspiration from other founders through daily exchange is a reason to start your thing in an active startup environment. No matter if Berlin or not.

That was one of the reasons why we started and simply stayed in Darmstadt, the proximity to heavy-weights in engineering (Software AG, SAP, Telekom, …) and focus on building something different. Only over time realized that Berlin was VERY good in other things not-directly related to heavy engineering. For example, Berlin is great on UX, marketing, life-style and just about anything consumer-oriented.

In overall, made us consider to get closer with what happens in Berlin and learn from what they have to share. Plenty of good stuff happening there.

I must doubt, however, that you were nervous. Can’t imagine that. Seems like one could throw any task at you and you master it. Good luck for the future! Hope we get a chance to meet again!
